Abigail “Abbie” Marie Wiskus, 5 month-old daughter of Bruce and Catherine Wiskus of Northfield, Minnesota, formerly of Sioux City, died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Tuesday, June 2, 1998, at her residence.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sioux City, with the Rev. James Bruch officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. today, with the family present 6:30 to 8 p.m. and a scriptural wake service at 7 p.mn. with the Rev. Thomads E. Geelan of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church officiating, at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City.

Abigail was born January 9, 1998, in Northfield.

Survivors include her parents; a brother, Andrew at home; a sister, Taylor at home; her grandparents, Robert and Judith Wiskus of Sioux City and Gene and Linda Kempers of Ankeny, Iowa, her great-grandparents, Robert and Kate Linville of Sioux City, Bill and Ann Korver of Maurice, Iowa and Teresa Strahorn of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Kenny Kempers, Kenneth Strahorn and William Wiskus.

Pallbearers will be Jim Gubbels, Pat Harrington, Kevin Meyloe, Mark Vondrak, Joe Hickman and Kevin Wiskus.
