Minnie E. Junge, 92, of Sioux City died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel, with the Rev. Roger Graf of Morningside Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent online to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Minnie was born Nov. 15, 1914, in Rock Valley, Iowa, the daughter of William and Ida (Lahn) Hamann. She attended country school in Plato Township.

She married Henry "Heinie" W. Junge on June 21, 1935. He died Aug. 18, 1997, in Sioux City. She was employed at a dental lab and at the Tupperware dealership in Sioux City for many years.

Survivors include two sisters-in-law, Frances (Bill) Hamann and Hendrene (Fritz) Hamann, both of Rock Valley, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; and six brothers.

Pallbearers will be Stuart, Kevin and Keith Oliver, John Mulder, Ron Nutt and Charles Niemeyer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Siouxland.
