30 June 2017Ronald C. Chalup, 64, of Windsor Heights, Iowa, formerly of Sioux City, passed away on June 28, 2017.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Iles Westover Chapel in Des Moines. Visitation will be noon until service time Monday at the funeral home. Cremation rites will follow the service.
Ronald was born on Sept. 4, 1952, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Claire Chalup and Phyllis (Thierer) Schneiders.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; daughters, Nicole and Toni Chalup; two grandchildren, Jace Chalup and Kirilee Tucker; mother, Phyllis Schneiders; two brothers, Larry and Jerry and their families; and sister-in-law, Karen Chalup.
He was preceded in death by his father, Claire; and a brother, Bruce.
