Korri L. Turkleson, 46, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Unity Point Health/St. Luke's in Sioux City, Iowa.
A Private Family Celebration of Life Service will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service in Onawa, Iowa.

Korri Leigh was born on December 13, 1970 in Tacoma, Washington. She grew up in Washington and California. She attended school at Lake Elsinore in California.

Korri and Bill Turkleson were united in marriage on February 5, 1999. Bill preceded her in death.

Korri was employed in the cafeteria at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.
Korri enjoyed collecting Precious Moments. She also enjoyed going to thrift stores. She loved reading murder mystery books.

Survivors include her mother and step-father, Mary (Paul McQueen) Dykes of Blencoe, IA; three children, Spencer Berry of Sioux City, IA, Nathan Berry of Sioux City, IA, and Patrick (Katrina Schmidt) Berry of Danbury, IA; one grandchild, Jesse Berry & his mother, Michelle Kimber of Sioux City, IA; two brothers, Kenneth Dykes of Danbury, IA and Greg Hall of Lake Elsinore, CA; niece, Tyler Dykes (boyfriend, Kyle Skidmore); and a great-niece, Amelia Skidmore.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Turkleson.
