Patricia R. "Patty" Boltz, 80, of Sioux City died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007, at Hallmark Care Center.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. John Hagberg of St. Mark Lutheran Church officiating. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent online to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Patricia was born March 17, 1926, in Sioux City, the daughter of Marvin and Opal (Coombs) Gunderson.

She married Albert Huser in 1946. They had two children together. They divorced in 1970. She then married Donald A. Boltz in October 1977. He died in 1997. She worked at Wincharger, later known as Zenith, as a line worker. He also worked at Miles Inn and Rightmire's.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and an all around caring person. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Survivors include two children, Gary Huser and his wife, Becky of Sioux City and Gayle Williams of New Port Richey, Fla.; two grandchildren, Jason Williams of Sioux City and Jessica and her husband, Paul Kramer of Granger, Iowa; a great-grandchild, Sophie Kramer of Granger, Iowa; and two sisters, Julia Freeman and Billee Asmussen, both of Sioux City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Boltz; two brothers-in-law, Mark Freeman and Don Asmussen; and her parents, Marvin and Opal Gunderson.

Memorials may be made in her name to Hospice of Siouxland.
