Paul D. Cook, 43, of Sioux City, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2003, at his residence.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Alex Washington officiating. Visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the memorial service.

Paul was born May 24, 1960, in Phoenix, Ariz., the son of Donald and Rose (White) Cook. Paul attended Nadaburg Elementary School and Wickenburg High School in Wickenburg, Ariz. He served in the U.S. Army.

He was employed with IBP and other companies. Paul was an avid traveler who lived in various cities and knew many people.

Survivors include his parents; three brothers, Tom Cook and his wife, Doreen, of Lawton, Iowa; John and his wife, Edna, of Sioux City, and Donald of Orem, Utah, and one sister, DiAnna Hardel and her husband, Mark, of Chino Valley, Ariz.

He will be greatly missed.
