Mrs. Elizabeth Wellenstein, 56, Ponca, Nebraska, died here Sunday night after a week’s hospitalization. She moved here at the age of 8 and resided in Sioux City 14 years.

Mrs. Wellenstein was born April 18, 1891, in Ponca. After her residence here she returned to Ponca.

Survivors include the widower, Frank; a daughter, Mrs. William Rockwell of Ponca; two sons, Lawrence of Ponca and Nicholas of South Sioux City; a sister, Mrs. H.R. Kellogg of Sioux City; two brothers, John Pauly of Sioux City and William Pauly of Chicago and three grandchildren.

The Perasso Bros. Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
