Duane Deyoe, 51, 250 Lagan Street, died Friday afternoon at the Veterans Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska after an illness of more than a year.

He was born April 4, 1892, at Kingsley, Mich., and for the last 31 years had resided in Sioux City.

He was employed by the Cudahy Packing Company more than 20 years. During World War I he served in the army.

Survivors include a brother, Martin, Sioux City and three sisters, Mrs. Marie Fulton and Mrs. Mardella Rosendahl, both of Los Angeles and Mrs. Mildred Dunn, Council Bluffs.

The body arrived at Manning’s funeral home Saturday.
