Clarence W. Beem, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Beem of Hornick, passed away Saturday at the home of his parents, after a lingering sickness of a year. He is survived by his parents, four brothers, Ernest, Arthur, DeWitt and Edwin, all of Hornick, and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Knorr of Colorado Springs, Col., and Miss Elda of Hornick.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Christian Church at Holly Springs and burial will be at Climbing Hill.

Beckers Funeral home of Hornick is in charge of arrangements.
