SIOUX CITY | Donnie A. Mohr, 35, of Sioux City died Monday, Sept. 12, 2016.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. If you will be attending services, be thinking Nebraska.

Donnie was born on March 24, 1981, in Sioux City, the son of Larry and Mary (Bach) Mohr. He grew up in Sioux City, attending West High School. Over the years, Donnie worked as a mechanic on all types of vehicles. If it was fast, he wanted to touch it.

Donnie had two loves of his life, the mother of his children, Tiffany Witt, and his fiancee, Carla Hayes. His true passion was his children. Donnie enjoyed doing things with his kids, everything from camping, fishing, going to Nebraska games and watching Tom and Jerry on the TV. He loved racing, anything that was fast, and anything to do with his family.

Survivors include his children, Donnie, Amaya, Donavin and Tre Mohr, Daniel and Raven Nichols, Skylar, Gage and Tristan Ashlock; fiancee, Carla Hayes of Sioux City; mother, Mary Mohr of Sioux City; brother, Jayme Mohr of Le Mars, Iowa; sister, Chrissy Mohr of Sioux City; special niece, Chas Scism of Sioux City; best friend, Lance Mohr of Sioux City; his racing family; and nieces nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry.
