SIOUX CITY | Tommy Kellogg, 63, of Sioux City passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, where visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Online condolences may be given at www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Tommy Ryan, son of Clyde and Helen (Kahler) Kellogg, was born Oct. 6, 1952, in Sioux City. He grew up in Sioux City and graduated from East High School in 1972. Tommy then enlisted in the U.S. Navy. Following his honorable discharge in 1977, he returned to Sioux City and went to school to be a truck driver and carpenter. He worked and was Chief Union Steward at Metz Bakery, retiring after 25 years. During his retirement, Tommy worked as a truck driver and bus assistant.

On July 17, 2005, Tommy was united in marriage with Brenda Jorgensen in Elk Point, S.D.

Tommy enjoyed playing solitaire, fishing, traveling, watching the Minnesota Vikings, gardening, cooking and having his family over to eat. He enjoyed decorating his Morningside home for Christmas and attending the Morningside Days parade.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Brenda Jorgensen of Sioux City; two stepdaughters, Staci Jorgensen and Charlee (Robert) Kirkpatrick, all of Sioux City; two grandsons, Brayden and Keasten Jorgensen; his brother-in-law, Ray Braband of Westfield, Iowa; nieces, Desyeray Fetterman of Sioux City, and Kayreray Braband of Westfield; a nephew, Tyrone Braband of Sioux City; a great-niece; and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Clydeyne Kellogg-Braband; and brothers.
