Mrs. William O. Sidwell, 92, 2423 Isabella St., died Monday afternoon at her residence after a brief illness.

The former Mary Jane Webster, she was born January 24, 1874, at Elton, Ill., and went to Pocahontas County, Iowa, with her parents as a child. She was married to Mr. Sidwell July 27, 1892 at Havelock, Iowa. He died in 1917 at Craig, Iowa, and she moved to Sioux City the following year. She moved to Hawarden, Iowa, in 1930 and returned to Sioux City in 1955.

Mrs. Sidwell was a member of Crescent Park Methodist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Miss Zella Sidwell, Miss Benita Sidwell and Mrs. W.H. Nanninga, all of Sioux City; a brother, James Adams of Belmond, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Cora Kezer of Billings, Mont., three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Nelson-Berger Northside Funeral Home.
