Everett M. Streeter, 64, Correctionville, died early Monday at Sioux Valley Hospital in Cherokee after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Correctionville. The Rev. C.W. Kerns will officiate. Burial will be in the city cemetery under direction of the McCulloch Funeral Home of Moville.

Mr. Streeter was born Dec. 14, 1901 in Correctionville and had been a lifelong resident. He married Tracy Mae Bice of Correctionville Aug. 13, 1924, at Cherokee. He was a plumber by trade, and for nine years had been employed by the water department of the State Mental Health Institute at Cherokee.

Survivors include the widow; a son, Richard of Moville; a daughter, Mrs. Wayne Kirkpatrick of Meriden, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Harold Carpenter of Sioux City and Mrs. Arthur Dowers of Winona, Minn., eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
