7 March 2016SIOUX CITY | Ronald Scott, 55, of Sioux City passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 5, 2016, at a hospital in Yankton, S.D.
Celebration of life services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Online condolences may be given at www.meyerbroschapels.com.
Ronnie was born March 3, 1961, in Sioux City, the son of Bob and Janet Scott. He graduated from Jefferson High School in Jefferson, S.D. Ronnie married Amanda Forth on Jan. 25, 2012.
He was a horse handler who spent many years in Nebraska and other racing circuits. After marrying Amanda, he settled in Sioux City. Ronnie touched many lives with his famous sense of humor.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Amanda; brother, Russell; and many close friends and beloved family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Barbara.
