Mrs. Martha Woodburn, 80, died, after a long illness, Sunday night in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Andrew Viken, 3806 Third avenue. She had been a resident of Sioux City more than 50 years.

Larkin's funeral home is in charge.

Mrs. Woodburn was born at Dubuque, Ia., April 1, 1858. She was a member of Women's Relief corps and of Immaculate Conception Catholic church.

Surviving, besides Mrs. Viken, are a daughter, Miss Mae Woodburn of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Mrs. W. H. Kneebs of Sioux City, and three grandchildren.
