Funeral services for William F. Gilchrist, 58, president of the Allied Laboratories, Inc., who died of heart disease Sunday in a Sioux City hospital, will be held at 3:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Gilchrist residence at 2814 Jackson street.

Rev. George C. Pullman will officiate. Burial will be in Logan Park cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Charles W. Kelly, Dr. T. W. Munce, Dr. L. E. Willey, Dr. F. W. Larson, S. F. Cusack and Harvey Martin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. P. E. Sawyer, C. M. Stilwill, Guy Struble, George Silknitter, Frank Scott, Otis P. Garrison, Dr. J. E. DeWalt and Dr. E. A. Cahll of Kansas City.
