11 April 1946Edgar O. Wright, 58, 1509 Casselman street, died at his home Thursday morning.
Born October 6, 1887, in Avon, S. D., Mr. Wright was a resident of Sioux City 30 years. He was employed as a stationary engineer by the board of education for 20 years, and worked in the same capacity for the Continental bakery.
He is survived by his widow, Florence; two daughters, Mrs. C. H. Counterman and Mrs. L. C. DeKok, both of Sioux City; his mother, Mrs. George Wright of Huron, S. D.; four grandchildren; three brothers, William, Robert and Charles, all of Stockton, Cal., and three sisters, Mrs. Barbara Hebner of Wolsey, S. D.; Mrs. William Hebner of Avon, S. D., and Mrs. Edith Guy of Los Angeles.
The body is at Larkin's funeral home pending completion of funeral arrangements.
