Edward J. Ryan, 58, a bartender, was found dead in bed late Tuesday afternoon at his home, 608 Iowa street, according to a police report.

The report stated that Dr. J. E. Swanson, Woodbury county coroner, said that Mr. Ryan had died of natural causes eight to 10 hours earlier.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Robert Lehr of Tyndall, S. D., and Mrs. Margaret Davis of Fargo, N. D.

The body will be sent to Tyndall from Rutledge's mortuary
