Joyce E. Hunter, 75, of Sioux City died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2003, at a Sioux Falls, S.D., hospital following a lengthy illness.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Morningside Bible Church in Sioux City. The family has the cremains.

Joyce Elaine (Winn) Hunter was born Nov. 29, 1927, in Sioux City. She was the youngest child of Ralph and Marie Winn.

She married John J. Hunter on Oct. 10, 1944, in Mitchell, S.D. They divorced in 1950. She was a bookkeeper all her life until retiring in 1994.

She loved bowling and playing cards.

She is survived by a brother and his wife, Jerry and Betty Winn of McCook Lake, S.D.; three daughters, Sandy Hunter of Sioux Falls, Connie and her husband, Lowell Mason of Loveland, Colo., and Linda and her husband, Bob Johnson of South Sioux City; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Loretta Galas; and a brother, Bob.
