5 October 2011SIOUX CITY -- Frank "Tuffy" Steven Tillack, 56, of Owatonna, Minn., formerly of Sioux City, died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011, at Waterville Care Center in Waterville, Minn.
Private memorial service will take place in Iowa at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Prosch-Dennis Funeral Home in Waterville.
Born in Sioux City on April 19, 1955, Frank was the son of James Tillack and Bonnie (Marten) Beeghley. After high school, he attended Rochester Community College where he earned a degree in social work. For most of Frank's career, he assisted and cared for people with mental and physical disabilities.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, leather working, antiquing, arm wrestling, and playing the guitar.
Frank is survived by five children, Jett Tillack of Baraboo, Wis., Tori Breisath of Beloit, Wis., Tia (Jonathan) Chitwood of Madison, Wis., Toby Tillack of Rochester Minn., and Jedidiah Tillack of Rochester; three grandchildren, JT Tillack, Faye Breisath, and Racheal Breisath; and one sister, Tami Tillack of Bronson, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Jacquelyn Tillack.
