SIOUX CITY | Marcia Rae Tebo-Sedano, 71, of Council Bluffs, formerly of Sioux City, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, in Council Bluffs after a long illness.

Funeral services will start at noon Saturday at the Ho-Chunk Center in Winnebago, Neb. Burial will be in the Winnebago Cemetery in Winnebago. Wake begins at 10 a.m. today at the Ho-Chunk Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Winnebago Tribal Wake and Burial Program.

She was born March 1, 1941, in Winnebago to Louis J. and Rachel Sunn Tebo. She lived in Sioux City most of her life and attended East High School and Western Iowa Tech Community College. She worked at a Woodbury County care facility.

Survivors include one brother, Randy Teboe and his wife, Ingrid, of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, and their children; two daughters, Constance and her husband Francisco De La Garza and their children, Hezron and Haran, of Natalia, Texas, and Glennis Guerrero and her husband, Todd Lund, and their children, Ralynn Francisco, Dolores Camarillo and Efrain Guerrero, of Council Bluffs, Iowa; one son, Bill Walker and his wife, Elizabeth, and their children, Abigail and William II, of Grand Prairie, Texas; and six great-grandchildren.
