5 January 2013SIOUX CITY | Patricia A. Mannion, 63, of Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at a local hospital.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Kenny Hsu officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Online condolences can be directed to meyerbroschapels.com.
Patricia was born the daughter of Norman and Beatrice (Anderson) Beglau on July 11, 1949, in Fargo, N.D. She went to school in Sioux City, graduating from Central High School in 1968.
Patricia married Craig Mannion on Aug. 9, 1969, in Sioux City.
She worked for Brothers Box Co., Aalfs Manufacturing and Service Masters of Siouxland over the years. She enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, camping and casinos.
Patty is survived by her husband, Craig of Sioux City; one son, Matt Mannion of Sioux City; two daughters, Kristi Meinke of Sioux City and Amy Mannion of Sioux City; one brother, Jerry (Pam) Beglau of Sioux City; two sisters, Donna Osborn of Pennsylvania and Norma Wynn of Sioux City; 11 grandchildren, Tyler, Marcel, Corenz, Jaleque, Brent, Christopher, Abigail, Jace, MaKayla, Alexis, and Braxton; and one great-grandson, Maddox.
She was preceded in death by her father, Norman.
