MOVILLE, Iowa — W.A. "Bill" Jacoway, 96, Matney Morningside Manor, formerly of Moville, died Thursday, May 18, 1995, at a Sioux City hospital after a lengthy illness.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Arlington Township Cemetery in Moville with the Rev. Michael A. Kroona of Trinity Lutheran Church in Moville officiating. McCulloch Funeral Home of Moville is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation.

Mr. Jacoway was born Dec. 27, 1898, in Iowa. A longtime Moville resident, he owned and operated Mobil and later Cities Service station in Moville for many years.

He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Survivors include two sisters,Irene Schmidt of Moville and Mary Casy of Manteca, Calif., and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters.
