CORRECTIONVILLE, Iowa -- Beverly Anne Willems, 62, of Correctionville died Monday, Oct. 12, 1998, at her residence.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Primghar, Iowa, with the Rev. Gerald Zeman officiating. Burial will be prior to the service in Calvary Cemetery, Primghar. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Gaudian-Eldridge Funeral Home in Primghar.

Mrs. Willems was born June 17, 1936, in Primghar, the daughter of Roy and Fern (Tastove) Smith. She attended Primghar schools and graduated from Primghar High School in 1954.

She married Robert Meylor in June 1954. The couple lived in Primghar until moving to Denver, Colo. While in Colorado she was employed with various retail stores.

She married Gerald Willems on Oct. 27, 1987, in Elk Point, S.D. The couple lived on a farm in the Correctionville area.

She attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Anthon, Iowa.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters and their husbands, Rebecca and Hector Alvarado of Harding, Mont., and Teresa and Fred Lenicheck of Denver; a grandchild, Randee Alvarado; her mother of Sioux City; two brothers, Bob Smith of South Sioux City and Roger Smith of Primghar; and many nieces and nephews.
