July 17, 2011Beverly A. Beavers, 85, formerly of Sioux City, passed away July 7, 2011, at Kolob Care in St. George, Utah.
Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park at San Antonio, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of McMillan Mortuary in San Antonio. Condolences may be sent online to www.mcmillanmortuary.com.
Beverly was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, on Aug. 17, 1925, one of seven sisters. She married Harvey Beavers in 1945. Beverly and Harvey owned and operated Harvey's Cafe in Sioux City for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Roxie Brown of Dammeron Valley, Utah; one son, Harvey Gary Beavers of San Antonio; one sister, Mary Jane Ballman of Minneapolis, Minn.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five of her sisters and her husband, Harvey.
