Beverly Jean Johnson, 56, of Sioux City passed away Friday, March 30, 2012, surrounded by her loving family.

Per her wishes, her body was cremated. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Condolences may be sent online at www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Beverly was born Aug. 11, 1955 in Johnson City, N.Y., to Robert Edward and Betty Ann (Peterson) Johnson.

Beverly enjoyed animals, reading, family and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include a son, Curtis Andrie and special friend Amanda; three daughters, Michelle Borg and her husband Terry, Perla Johnson, and Cameo Canales and special friend Andres, all of Sioux City; her mother, Betty Ann Johnson of Sioux City; two brothers, Bobby Johnson of Jacksonville, Fla., and Edward Johnson of Corcoran, Calif.; two sisters, Shirley Hewitt and Joani Martindale, both of Sioux City; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and one son, Jason Andrie.
