SIOUX CITY -- Michael B. Sunclades Sr., Capt. USAF (Ret.), 64, of Bellevue, Neb., formerly of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Bellevue. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, with a vigil service at 7 p.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, 2202 Hancock St., in Bellevue.

Michael was born Jan. 17, 1948. He had retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was an officer at First National Bank. He was president of the Mixed Nuts bowling league.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Joyce; a son, Michael B. Jr. and his wife, Virginia of Bellevue; a brother and his wife, Tony and Angie Sunclades of Sioux City; four grandchildren, Kristina and her husband, John Morton, Amanda Sunclades, Michael B. Sunclades III, and Jessica Sunclades; three great-grandchildren, Victoria, Donovan and Timothy; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda.
