Mrs. William Bogenrief

Mrs. William (Ethel) Bogenrief, 82, Sioux City. died Sunday, (July 26, 1981) at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Calvary Lutheran church. Vicar Stephen Nickodemus will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Monday at Heaton-Rutledge-Gulsrud funeral home

Mrs. Bogenrief the former Ethel Bean, was born July 22, 1899, in Sioux City. She attended Whiting schools. She married Mr Bogenrief April 6, 1918, at Dakota City. They farmed in the Merrill vicinity prior to moving to Sioux City in 1940 He died Oct 17, 1974. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran church.

Survivors are one son. Clyde O. of Sioux City: one daughter. Mrs. Audria Maxon of South Sioux City: three grandchildren: and one great-grandchild. A memorial has been established in Mrs. Bogenrief s name.
