13 October 1999Bronson, Iowa—Daniel Reed Packard, 1 month old son of Heidi Ann Packard of Bronson and J.D. Ross of Sioux City, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 10, 1999 at his residence.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Christy Smith Funeral Home, Morningside Chapel, with the Rev. Jim Nelson of Third Presbyterian Church in Sioux City officiating. Burial will be in Banner Township Cemetery, Lawton, Iowa. Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Daniel was born August 15, 1999 in Sioux City.
Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Bob and Deb Packard of Bronson and Frank and Laverne Ross of Shreveport, La.’ His twin brother, Chance Taylor Packard of Bronson; great-grandparents, Anna Packard of Lawton and Richard and Ada Svoboda of Sioux City; and aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, R.F. Packard.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Packard, Dave Svoboda, Arthur Sweisberger and Ronya Wesley Tweet.
