SIOUX CITY -- James W. Ledbetter, Jr., 90, of New Braunfels, Texas, formerly of Sioux City, passed away April 9, 2011 in New Braunfels.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, with full military honors. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ardis L. Ledbetter; four children, Carolyn Harris of Hurst, Texas, Dennis Ledbetter of Santa Rosa, Calif., Jim Ledbetter and wife, Cathy of Houston, Texas, and Roger Ledbetter of Houston; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to the American Cancer Society.
