Clarence Franklin “Frank” Lambert, 83, of Sioux City died Monday, Nov 27, 1995, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Correctionville, Iowa.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rock Branch United Methodist Church at Correctionville with the Rev Richard E. Kretzschmar officiating. Burial will be in the Rock Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today with the family present 7 to 8 p.m., at Barker Funeral Home in Correction.

Mr. Lambert was born Nov. 4, 1912, in Correctionville, the son of Clarence Victor and Sarah (Mahon) Lambert. He married Gertrude Gray Lambert Dec. 31, 1935, in Sioux City. He farmed on the family farm until the mid 1960’s when they moved to Sioux City. He owned and operated Lambert’s Music Mart for four years and then worked at Coast to Coast for 11 years.

Mr. Lambert was a member of Whitfield United Methodist Church in Sioux City.

Survivors include his wife; two sons and their wives, Victor and Diann of Pierson, Iowa, and Robert and Carolyn of Hutchison, Minn.; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Clione; s son Larry; two sisters, Louise Lambert and Vonice Mahon; two brothers Val and Russell D.E. Lambert.
