13 December 2010SIOUX CITY -- Daniel R. Jasman, 61, of Lynnwood, Wash., formerly of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010.
Arrangements are pending in Lynnwood.
Daniel was born Sept. 17, 1949, in Sioux City, to Robert and Audrey Jasman. He graduated from East High School and San Diego State College in California, after serving in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne unit as a paratrooper. He taught school in Huntington Beach, Calif. and Seattle, Wash., as a speech therapist.
He married and is survived by his wife, Miriam; his children, Eric, Cathleen and Keith of Lynnwood, Wash.; his mother, Audrey of Sioux City; a sister, Linda Marie and Ron Clausen of Sioux City; a brother, Randy and Linda Jean Jasman of Merrifield, Minn.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Jasman.
