Esther P. Smith, 91, of Greeley, Colo., formerly of Sioux City, died March 4, 2006, at Fairacres Manor in Greeley.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 25, in Westfork Township Cemetery at Climbing Hill, Iowa, with Rev. Mike Robinson officiating.

Esther Pauline Smith, daughter of Jesse and Lucinda Smith, was born Oct. 26, 1914, in Climbing Hill. She was raised in the area and graduated from Climbing Hill High School. She worked as a bookkeeper for Hoak Oldsmobile for several years before she moved to Sterling, Colo. in the early '70s. She worked there as a bookkeeper and retired from Nuss Tractor Sales after 14 years of service.

Esther was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Sterling.

Survivors include 22 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Barbara Fries; and four brothers, Alvin Smith, Arthur Smith, Milton Smith and Clyde Smith.
