SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Bonnie Belle Coon, 82, of South Sioux City passed away Saturday,. June 7, 2008, at a South Sioux City care center.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cornerstone World Outreach in Sioux City, with the Rev. Donna Smith officiating. Following the service, there will be a lunch and a time of fellowship with the family at the church. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Westfork Township Cemetery, Climbing Hill, Iowa. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Hunt Funeral Home.

Bonnie was born Feb. 19, 1926, in Climbing Hill, the daughter of Platt David and Faye (Baxley) Goodrich. She graduated from high school and married Thomas W. Coon. She was employed as a laundromat attendant at Parkview Laundromat and as a Wal-Mart greeter in South Sioux City.

She was a member of Cornerstone World Outreach.

Survivors include a son and his wife, Terry L. and Dee of McCook Lake, S.D.; a daughter and her husband, Christine and Richard Magno of Deltona, Fla.; a brother, David Goodrich of Climbing Hill; a sister, Maxine Clem of Yankton, S.D.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
