Percy W. Wetrosky, 80, Sioux City, Iowa, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1991, at Matney Morningside Manor, Sioux City, of a short illness.

Services were Saturday at Rock Branch United Methodist church, rural Anthon. Rev. Joe-d Dowlingsoka officiated. Burial was in the Fairfield cemetery, rural Anthon, under direction of Christy Morningside Funeral Home.

Mr. Wetrosky was born Oct. 19, 1911, in Lincoln township, Plymouth County, Iowa, the son of Joseph and Mary (Munsch) Wetrosky. He attended rural school in Plymouth County and graduated from Aircraft Tech School in Los Angeles. He married Catherine E. Ross Aug. 15, 1943, at the First Presbyterian church in Long Beach, Calif. He lived in the Sioux City area all his life with the exception of seven years in California. He was an aircraft inspector for Douglas Aircraft Co. in Long Beach. He farmed in Woodbury county and worked for Prince Manufacturing Co. in Sioux City. Mr. Wetrosky was a member of Rock Branch United Methodist
Church, rural Anthon, and the Sioux City Senior Center. He was a retired member of Local 222.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine of Sioux City; two daughters and their husbands, Mary Frances and Harlan Fedderson of Sioux City, and Carol and Eugene Robinson of Sioux Falls, S.D.; two grandsons, Ryan and Brent Fedderson of Sioux City and two granddaughters, Gwen Fedderson of Sioux City and Michelle Robinson of Sioux Falls; and six sisters, Elizabeth Fitzpatrick and Lydia Lau, both of Kingsley, Leona Cooper of Moville. Loretta Porsch of Westfield, Luella Jahns of Inchelium, Wash., and Darlene Adams of Keota, Iowa.

He was preceded in 'death by four brothers, John, Joe, Clarence and George; and a sister, Blanche as a child.
