Mrs. Edgar McGonigle, 83, of Sioux City, formerly of Schleswig, died Wednesday at a Sioux City nursing home.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Christensen Funeral Home in Ida Grove. The Rev. James Krapf will officiate. Burial will be at Ida Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. McGonigle, the former Ruth Naeve, was born of Nov. 7, 1899, at Schleswig. She had lived in Sioux City for the past 40 years. She married Edgar McGonigle on March 29, 1924 at Sac City. He died on March 19, 1926.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Delbert (Betty) Ullrich of Sioux City, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
