Michael L. Dicks, 26, Sioux City, died
July 8, 1988, after being stricken suddenly
at his home.

Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday
at the Morningside Church of
Christ. The Rev. J. Fred Fish, evangelist,
officiated. Burial was in Memorial
Park cemetery under direction of Larkin
funeral home.

Mr. Dicks was born April 2, 1962, in
Sioux City. He was a lifelong resident.
He graduated from East high school in
1981. He married Lisa R. McDonald
July 12, 1985 in Sioux City. He was employed
as a supervisor for Weller
Plastic Co.

He was a member of Morningside
Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter,
Alyssa at home; his parents, Lyle
and Geraldine Moffatt of Sioux City;
five brothers, Karl of Salix, Scott of
Akron, Paul, Tom and Brett, all of Sioux
City; two sisters, Mrs. Kristy Bowman
of Bellevue, Neb., and Lori of Sioux
City; maternal grandparents, Vern and
June Cole of Huron, S.D.; paternal
grandparents, Allen and Viola Moffatt
of Westfield; great-grandmother, Edith
Peck of Akron; father-in-law and
mother-in-law, James and Linda Mc-
Donald of Allen, Neb.
