Carmella Ann Wilmot, 75, of Sioux City died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2003, at Harvest Westside Nursing and Rehab Center.

There will be no services. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel.

Mrs. Wilmot was born Feb. 28, 1927, in Sioux City, the daughter of Frank and Cora (Tripp) Chavis. She was a lifelong Sioux City resident, where she attended school.

She married Donald Wilmot on March 2, 1947, in Sioux City. She worked as a clerk for over 30 years at the Downtown Cleaners. Mr. Wilmot died April 30, 1986.

She is survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister and three brothers.
