Jacob was the perfect baby. He was always happy and smiling. Despite all his medical difficulties, he would rebound with a smile. From the moment he came into this world until he left, he was a fighter. Everyone who met him was touched and changed by his courage and strong will. Jacob has taught us to have hope and he has strengthened our faith. For him to leave so soon can only mean he truly is an angel.
