JESSE T. HAGGERTY

Jesse T. Haggerty, 68, 2138 Nash St., died Friday at a hospital after a brief illness.

Mr. Haggerty was born Dec. 28, 1899, a Lincoln, Neb. He came to Sioux City at the age of 17 with his family and has lived here since.

He married Ethele Buckingham Nov. 20, 1920, in Sioux City.

He was employed by Iowa Public Service Co. until his retirement in 1964.

Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Ivan (Madeline) Mollet of Jefferson; two sons, Russell of Sioux City and Cecil of Portland, Ore.; and eight grandchildren.

The body was taken to Berkemier Funeral Home.
