Earl Judson Ressegieu

Our father, Earl J Ressegieu, was born October 21, 1885, in Sioux City, Iowa. He married Hannah Catherine O’Keefe at Sioux City on April 26, 1911. He was a conductor for the Milwaukee Railroad for forty-five years. He died on July 31, 1978. He would have been ninety-three years old in October. Hannah died on October 14, 1956. Both are buried in Calvary Cemetery in Sioux City.

They had three children: Charlotte, Mary Fachman, and Edwin John II who preceded his father in death. Earl retained his alertness and an interest in many things. Because of his kindness, thoughtfulness, and readiness to help anyone, friend or stranger, he was well loved. He left a host of friends both young and old.
