GayLynn was born September 26, 1948, in Sioux City, Iowa, and married Terry Allen O’Donnell, June 30, 1967, in Sioux City, Iowa. Terry was born July 23, 1945. They have tow children: Terra Allyn, born December 25, 1975; and Timothy Allen, born July 17, 1971.

GayLynn attended Franklin, Woodrow Wilson, Central High School, class of ’66, and Western Iowa Tech. She graduated with honors, receiving B.S. degree in Nursing form Marion College in Marion, Indiana.

GayLynn (Olson) and Terry O’Donnell resided and worked in Sioux City after their marriage. GayLynn was a licensed practical nurse at St Joseph Hospital and Terry O’Donnell worked as Social Worker for the Woodbury County Welfare while they lived in Sioux City. Both are active in the Assembly of God Church and both taught a Sunday School class for the deaf.

As of 1984, Terry O’Donnell, a Social Worker who has his masters degree, works at the Veterans Hospital in Marion, Indiana. He is an officer in the Army Reserve. GayLynn is a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at the Blackford Clinic. The family continues to reside in Gas City, Indiana.
