Patty Jane Mook is the youngest child of Roy Mook and Frances Frangenberg and was born on February 14, 1945 at Sioux City, Iowa. She completed her elementary education at St Joseph’s Catholic School at Salix, Iowa, and graduated from Heelan High School in Sioux City, Iowa in May 1962. After graduation she was employed at Sioux City with the Prudential Insurance Company. In 1965 she transferred with the company to Denver, Colorado and lived there until 1966, when she again transferred with the company to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Patty has been working on her degree in higher education. She attended Westmar College in LeMars and is now enrolled at Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee and is studying accounting. At present she is employed as a secretary-bookkeeper at Mother of Good Council Church in Milwaukee.

Through the years, Patty has attained many interests and is very busy with many activities. She is an expert seamstress and not only sews for her family. She is very adept at crafts and has worked on many projects for charitable organizations. She has been an active member of the Christian Women’s Society so her church and was secretary of the organization in 1982 and 1983. She has also been on the newsletter staff for several years. Patty enjoys the outdoors with camping and hiking and especially appreciates the quiet and awesome beauty of the sunset.

On February 12, 1966, Patty married Robert Lloyd Larson at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Robert was born on July 16, 1940, at Washington, DC to Robert Larson and Ruth Margaret Dear. He graduated form Lebanon, Ohio High School in 1958 and later attended Brown Institute Radio School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, completing the course in 1961. His employment as a disc jockey and head engineer for Radio Station KLEM in LeMars, Iowa, required a move to Iowa. While in LeMars he attended Westmar College and graduated in 1965. He moved to Milwaukee to pursue a teaching career and now teaches mathematics in the public school system there. As a part time job he worked as a disc jockey for Radio Station WYLO at Jackson, Wisconsin. He earned his Masters Degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, in 1979. Robert is very active in sports and coaches soccer in the public school system. He also enjoys cross country skiing and camping with his family.

Robert and Patty are the parents of one son, Robert John Larson, who was born August 2, 1967 at Milwaukee. He completed his elementary education at Mother of Good Council Catholic School in Milwaukee. He has many interests and is very active in sports and one of his accomplishments is that he is a qualified soccer referee. He is a member of Boy Scout Troop #61 and is currently working on his Eagle Scout Badge. Rob is an avid genealogist and has been working on the family history for several years.

The Robert Larson family now resides in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
