Cornelius "Con" Sampson, Priest, 1910-1920s

I am searching for a death date/obituary for Cornelius Sampson who was born in Carrickaroache, Tipperary, IR, ca 1875, to parents Simon Sampson and Unknown Ryan. He was a Catholic priest in Iowa as shown in the 1910 & 1920 censuses:

1910 Federal Census, Utica Township, Chickasaw, Iowa, 26 April 1910
Cornelius Sampson (Rev), Friar, Age 36, Single, POB: Ireland, Imm. 1900, Occupation: Catholic Priest

1920 Federal Census, Bluffton, Winnieshiek, Iowa, 8 & 9 Jan 1920

Rev. Cornelius Sampson, Head, Age 45, Single, Imm. 1900, Naturalized 1906, POB: Ireland, Occupation: Catholic minister

I did not find him in the 1930 federal census so he may have died in the 1920s. Family history states he died in Iowa.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
