Is this info helpful at all...
Would you clarify for me, how the Knights were related to the Reeds? If you happen to have any information regarding an Eleanor (maybe born about 1800) who married into the Reed family, I'd be interested in learning of it.

Knight, Charles (1796-1875) came to the Long Point Settlement by 1812 and following the War of 1812 settled in Southwold Township, Elgin County, Upper Canada. Includes children and grandchildren.
