Edwin (b. 14 Sept. 1836, PA; d. 6 May 1874) and Lenora P. Butts Flagler (b. 26 Mar. 1839; d. 20 July 1888), lived in Military Township, Winneshiek Co., Iowa beginning c. 1860 to 1865. Ira Paul and Felix S. Flagler, brothers of Edwin Flagler, also lived there on and off beginning in 1865. Ira L. and William S. Flagler (sons of Edwin and Lenora P. Butts Flagler) lived in Winneshiek County (Ossian, IA) well into the 1890s. I have done some preliminary census and surname index searches for Flagler but have found nothing. They may have lived with Lenora P. Butts Flagler's family near Ossian. All of the correspondence dated from the Flagler Family in Iowa uses Ossian, Iowa as the postal office or McGregor County, W.R.Y. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
