What month was 1860 census taken for Winneshiek?

I am wondering what month the census was taken for 1860 Winneshiek, Springfield? because I am looking for a correct birth Date for Halvor Torjussen (Vettleson) who I have noticed has been recorded as Oliver which would sound like Halvor with a thick norwegioan accent to a census taker. another note is Halvors father Vetle Torjussen has been recorded as Weekly Turison probably misspelled by the census taker also from a thick norwegian accent. Halvor and siblings for what ever reason went by the Vetleson surname when they moved to Otter tail county MN in the 1870's thanks for any help with this . Darrel
