Orphan Court Records

RANKIN, SIMMONS

I just read the Rootsweb newletter regarding Orphan Court Records. It dawned on me that this is why I can't find anything on Franklin SIMMONS family. I'm sure he didn't have a Will because he had nothing to leave except debt.

Franklin SIMMONS b. 1831 in Mass. Died in Frankville between 1861-1870 Census. Left wife Jennett RANKIN SIMMONS (daughter of Wm RANKIN)with four children: Franklin b.abt 1853; William b.abt 1858; Mary 1860; and George b.1862.

Would someone be able to look in the Orphan Court Records for me? I live in WA State. I would be so very grateful. Diana Williams
