OBITUARY.
Word came to Decorah friends Monday morning that Ellen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Blegen, had died in a St. Paul hospital. Mrs. Blegen and daughter had been in North Dakota keeping house for their son and brother when the daughter was stricken with appendicitis. She was removed to St Paul for a operation, but her condition was such that death ensued. The sympathy of many friends go out to the parents int heir bereavement. The funeral will be held at 2:30 this afternoon at the First Lutheran church, Rev. I. B. Torrison officiating. Among those who are here to attend are Olaf, brother of the deceased, and an aunt, both from Leeds, N. D.
