VICTIM OF FATAL ACCIDENT.
Michael Young Falls From a Hay Loader and Dies From Injuries.Last Saturday afternoon Michael Young was thrown from a hay loader and received injuries that resulted in his death. He was working on the farm of James Young in Burr Oak township and they were taking a load from the field to the barn. Mr. Young was riding on the hay loader drawn behind the wagon with the load. Just before they got to the barnyard the driver of the wagon drove into a small unnoticed ditch. Thew agon{sic} went through all right but the hay loader nearly fell over and Mr. Young was thrown to the ground, striking on his head and shoulders. He was picked up insensible and taken to the house, and a Canton doctor summoned, who did all that was possible, but Mr. Young’s injuries were so serious that he died on Sunday morning about 7 o’clock. His skull was fractured and he had a severe concussion of the brain. Mr. Young was a man about 40 years of age and was highly respected by all of his neighbors.
